Data Deletion Instructions

1. Quick Deletion — From Within the App

The easiest way: log in to kraftsociAI and remove connections from the Profile page.

Steps:

1. Go to https://kraftsociai.com and log in

2. Open the Profile page

3. In the "Automatic Publishing" section, click "Remove" next to your connected Instagram account

4. Upon confirmation, your Meta access token is immediately deleted from our servers

This only removes your social media connection. Your account and other data remain in the system.

2. Full Account Deletion — Permanently Delete All Data

To delete your entire account and related data:

Method 1 — By email:

• Send an email to admin@kraftsociai.com with the following information:

- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"

- Body: Your registered email address + state that you want to delete your account

- The sending email must be the one registered on your account (for verification)

• We will send a verification email within 48 hours

• After verification, all your data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days

Method 2 — Automatic form:

• The form below directly initiates the deletion request

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon a deletion request, all the following data is permanently deleted:

• Account information (name, email, password hash)

• Business profile (sector, description, tone, etc.)

• Social media connection data (OAuth tokens, Instagram user ID)

• All generated content (images, text, campaigns)

• Locally stored images (from Railway volume)

• Server log records (IP, activity)

Data not deleted (due to legal obligations):

• Payment records — must be retained for 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code. Automatically deleted after this period.

• Stripe subscription records — under Stripe's own privacy policy.

4. Revoking Authorization from Meta

You can also revoke kraftsociAI's access from Meta (Instagram/Facebook):

1. Go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools

2. Find kraftsociAI in the "Business Integrations" section

3. Click "Remove"

This action:

• Immediately revokes kraftsociAI's access to your Instagram account

• Automatically invalidates the tokens on our servers

• Notifies us through Meta, and we delete your tokens from our system as well

5. Process Timeline

• Immediate: Meta access tokens deleted (via in-app "Remove" button)

• Within 24 hours: Full account deletion confirmation email sent

• Within 7 business days: All user data permanently deleted

• Within 30 days: Cleaned from backup systems

• 10 years: Payment records (legal obligation)

6. After Deletion

After deletion:

• You cannot log in to kraftsociAI

• You cannot access content you have generated

• If you have an active subscription it will be automatically cancelled (remains valid until the end of the current period)

• You can register again with the same email but your old data will not be recovered

Deletion is irreversible. Make sure before proceeding.
