These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the legal relationship between kraftsociAI ("kraftsociAI", "we", "Service") and you ("User", "you") who uses the Service. By registering for or using the Service, you agree to all the provisions of this Agreement.
kraftsociAI is an AI-powered social media automation platform for small businesses. The Service provides:
• Social media content (images and text) generated with AI (OpenAI GPT-4o-mini and gpt-image-1)
• Automatic publication to Instagram Business accounts with the user's explicit consent
• Content scheduling and campaign management
• User-controlled approval-based publishing flow
Core principle: The user approves before every publication. No content is shared without consent.
To use the Service you must register. During registration:
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate, current, and truthful information
• You must create a strong password and keep it confidential
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
In case of suspected unauthorized access, notify admin@kraftsociai.com immediately.
When using the Service you agree to:
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Not use it to create spam, misleading advertising, or harmful content
• Not attack or reverse-engineer the Service infrastructure
• Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram Community Guidelines
• Not gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Not abuse the Service via bots, scrapers, or automated tools
If you violate these obligations we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice.
kraftsociAI uses OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini (text) and gpt-image-1 (image) models. What you should know about AI-generated content:
• Intellectual property: The copyright of generated content belongs to you within the limits of applicable law. However, AI outputs may rarely resemble training data — verification before publishing is your responsibility.
• Accuracy: AI may occasionally make mistakes and produce inaccurate information ("hallucination"). It is your responsibility to verify content before publication.
• Business information: The quality of generated content depends on the quality of the business information you provide.
• Brand responsibility: If there is a risk that generated content may harm your brand, do not publish it. The final decision is yours.
kraftsociAI cannot be held responsible for legal consequences arising from the generation or publication of AI content.
When you connect your Instagram account to the Service:
• kraftsociAI obtains authorization to access your Instagram Business account via the Meta Graph API
• This authorization is used ONLY to publish content you explicitly approve
• kraftsociAI does not publish any content without your consent
• You can remove the connection from the Profile page at any time
• When you remove the connection, your Meta access token is immediately deleted
This mechanism is fully compliant with Meta's Platform Terms and user consent requirements.
kraftsociAI offers three plans:
• FREE: No charge, 1 content per month
• PRO: €49/month, 10 contents per month, campaign creation
• PREMIUM: €99/month, 50 contents per month, all features
Payments are processed through Stripe and renewed monthly.
Right to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:
• You can continue using the Service until the end of the current period
• Unused content quota is not refunded
• Automatic renewal is stopped
14-day refund right: For consumers in the EU, you have an unconditional right to refund within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests: admin@kraftsociai.com
Price changes: In case of a price change, notice is sent to your registered email 30 days in advance.
The content of the Service (logo, code, design, brand) is the intellectual property of kraftsociAI. Your use of the Service does not grant you any rights to this intellectual property.
The intellectual property of generated content belongs to you because it is produced with your business information. However:
• The copyright status of AI model outputs is legally a grey area
• Generic outputs may also be produced similarly for other users
• Commercial use of generated content is your responsibility
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law:
• We do not guarantee that the Service will operate uninterrupted or error-free
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or brand suitability of AI-generated content
• We are not responsible for outages by third-party service providers (OpenAI, Meta, Stripe)
• We are not responsible for delays due to Meta API rate limits or policy changes
• We are not responsible for the rejection or removal of content by Instagram
Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid to us by you in the last 12 months.
In cases of force majeure such as war, natural disasters, internet outages, global outages at Meta/OpenAI/Stripe, DDoS attacks, or governmental intervention, disruptions to the Service are outside our responsibility.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Service in the following cases:
• Violation of this Agreement
• Violation of Meta Platform Terms
• Non-payment
• Fraud or illegal use
• Abuse of our content generation system (spam, etc.)
You can close your account at any time via the /data-deletion page or by writing to admin@kraftsociai.com.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We give 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in disputes.
Consumers in the EU retain the rights arising from their own consumer protection laws.
